Needs instructions

Someone needs to instruct the developers of this app on how to fix the bugs...... I try to log in from the app and the app instructs safari to open for log in which in turn instructs me to log in with my password or choose one of three social media accounts... Then I am instructed to cancel or open in the app.... Problem is the website app fails to instruct the app that I am logged in... Is there a instruction on how to use the instruction app????
